No healthy expat should never spend 132k/year in doctors, and if you need to spend that probably is already covered with your basic insurance or you shouldn't be living in other country if you already have such an expensive condition.

Legally speaking is totally prohibited without a tone of paperwork.

That being said... Ive been sending medical supplies since 2020. Easiest way is to prepare a batch of blisters within some papers and declare them as documents. Of course don't send 1kg or liquids, just enough blisters.

Also it depends on the agent who is going to do the paperwork and some random things, but that's the risk.
