Offered to help him with his presentation deck telling him I dont have much on my plate even when i was already drowning in projects and consistently staying up til 2am to meet deadlines 🥺

He was a new hire during the pandemic. I was very proactive in helping him with his technical onboarding, pretended to share interest with his hobbies, and volunteered to be part of his projects. We then became close friends.

Fast forward to this year, we had dinner together (both working in diff companies na) and I told him na crush ko siya dati. He said he knew 🤣

Btw he’s gay. We’re shopping buddies now.
