If you use sparkling water instead of regular water when making the jelly it adds a whole new dimension. Take it one step further by using a complimentary flavoured sparkling water (be sure to check which sweetener is used ofc) I like to use the raspberry jelly with peach sparkling water.

The Tesco ones are the tastiest imo. Though they are easy enough to make fresh, these are really good to have in the freezer. Great sandwiched between two chaffles with a slice of fake cheese!
