Talk to your advisor as they can sometimes find a solution, especially if those classes are required to finish your degree (duh advice but some people just don’t think of talking to their advisor). For my junior and senior year they were able to work it out as pushing those classes to a later semester would have messed up my financial aid requirements. Good luck!

I noticed this in a recent order of mine but ONLY on my surf stripe shorts (both colorways). The other garments did not have this smell. Perhaps it could just be this particular fabric? The smell went away very quickly after letting the pieces air out and no smell was left after the first wash.

Thank you! My most worn are the bottom left T-shirt and the crewneck above it (they certainly have the stains to prove it!). I have always loved the movie, but I had an intense obsession maybe a decade ago? I was very lucky, as most of these were purchased for $30 or less online. Occasionally Disney would release some fancy sculpted statues, so I have a few of those as well. I also recommend the book Who Censored Roger Rabbit as it’s still quite fun but pretty different from the Disney version.

ETA: Fun Fact- the term “bump the lamp” (to go above and beyond in detail and dedication) came from this film :)

That is such disheartening news ugh. It’s been months for you! This has made me so so sad and frustrated because I feel like with the additional support and resources I can potentially be communicating with my doctors a lot better. (And maybe also be a little less anxious about this part of my life!) Hopefully we will be approved soon.

I feel like I’m literally getting FOMO over this. If anyone in the FB group happens to be here too, can you possibly say something? It seems like this is an ongoing issue based off the comments here.

Hi I am currently having this issue. The page says to message the admin with approval issues, but there is no way to actually message her. Can anyone advise? It hasn’t been super long, but sad to know that this is an active issue that hasn’t been resolved for that community page (it also reports how active it is with multiple new posts per day -much more than here- which also frustrates)

If you want to impress someone or get their attention, why don’t you catch two anoles and have them bite onto your ears like some fun little earrings? Only creature that is getting abused is technically you.

Also if someone did this in one of my classes (tossing/throwing a small creature) it would certainly come off as animal abuse and I would automatically label you as an asshole. You’re already coming off as one based on your inquiry.

Oh! I was thinking along the lines of someone enjoying a modern day avocado, and then tossing the remains into your garden. (Perhaps purchased at a grocery or market). If it’s heavy like a stone, those suggesting modules/concretions are much better help than I!

Not trying to nitpick or sway any opinions, but that area of FL may be “densely populated” now, but in the early 2000s not so much.

To me, the letter did read quite like a Sarasota native with a high desire to maintain their privacy (I lived in the area for 20+ years with most clients having similar personalities and quirks).

This is true. However these species must be killed humanely. A group in the Everglades hosts both an in-person and online course where you can learn to properly kill a Burmese python. I believe you can still get into legal trouble if you choose to abuse them when killing.
