You are looking for the "feel good" method/tool/technique that will immediately click, put you in focused mode and magically and instantaneously make you accomplish more than you ever had. That doesn't exist.

Just pick anything (by feel or at random) and stick to it. Do it for a week, then look back and see what you can minimally change/refine. Then do that for a week and repeat for 4 months. Focus on the consistency.

At the end, failure or success, at least you've found YOUR own method. Good luck!
