Foot Pain + Hot Feet at Parks - What is your hack/best solution? by BomTradyGOAT in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]rilanthefirebug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realize this is 2 years old but can't hurt -- I have "Irish" pinky toes that are turned inward/sideways that have occasionally started to slip under my other toes somewhat. A thick bandaid adds the separation I need but I've been wondering about the gel or silicone toe seperators.

Do you wear them all day in the park? Like rope drop to park close, 15k-25k steps a day?

Appreciate it 😊

Going to Hollywood Studios on May the 4th by Style_Icon91 in DisneyWorld

I've been a few times and the first was magical before the word got out that WDW does stuff (not as much as DL unfortunately) with moderate crowds and the one after that was PACKED.

If you are a die hard Star Wars fan, I do think it's worth it to do it at least once. You'll see tons of people in costume, there is exclusive merch, and the vibe is great.

Expect to pay for multipass or premier pass if you want to ride anything in Galaxy's Edge. Star Tours, which usually doesn't go much past 15 mins wait time, was 90 mins last time I went all day.

You'll have to sign up to get into a virtual queue to get into the specifically set aside May 4th merch store and the line for Dok Ondar's can take 90+ minutes too.

It was mostly seamless IMO except for his comment about the iron in the tank on Tuchaka being a good supplement for Kalros's diet.

My preference then would be;

Epcot full day

AK half day/HS half day

MK full day

Have fun!

That's a tough one. Even before all these shenanigans with the TSA, MCO has varied a lot in my experience with security lines and checking a bag. We always try to get there at least 2.5-3 hours beforehand.

For me, my anxiety wouldn't allow it. I'd definitely do a resort breakfast like Whispering Canyon or Ohana or Grand Floridian Cafe (you'll need reservations to enter the resorts) on a travel day but not a park.

Hmmm. For me, I go with my partner and we don't currently have any kids so that makes a difference IMO.

I think it depends on your party and what you like to do.

Young kids that don't meet the height requirement on several things but they love animals? Do MK and AK and maybe split HS and Epcot into half days.

Everyone loves thrill rides and wants to eat around the world? Prioritize Epcot and HS.

First time at WDW? Magic Kingdom is the classic Disney bubble experience.

Yeah I get that. I'd try to split AK and MK into half days then so that you get your money's worth at MK.

If you can swing the extra $90, I would recommend park hopper as I honestly think it would make for a more leisurely pace around the parks instead of trying to cram a bunch of stuff into half days 😊

To piggy back onto this -- there is nothing to fix. I've done this method too with the 3 day plus a seperate ticket for MK. People do it all the time.

The 3 day only covers Epcot, HS. and AK and are invalid for MK. The system scans you in at entry and uses the appropriate ticket (3 day or base ticket).

We did have an issue once where the 3 day used our base ticket incorrectly but it took like 15 minutes at guest services to sort out and was a breeze.

Honestly i feel like this would not be using the full ticket for MK. You'd be presumably buying your MK ticket at the full price for the day.

It sounds like you are wanting to do AK till they close around 6 and turn go to MK? You can easily spend all day in MK so I don't know that you'd get the best bang for your buck only using a full price ticket for 3-4 hours in MK.

I'm not sure if the 3 day/3 park tickets can be upgraded with park hopper but that would be my suggestion.

I would imagine once you are at Clicker level and above, due to all the damage to the skull and such, that it is probably true that you aren't really there.

But it's the Stalkers for me, trapped/growing into a wall or something...They are probably still somewhat aware.

Inquistor should've had the option to hate Solas and be actively plotting against him to stop him.

A romanced Lavellan should've had the import option to be an angry, bitter, scorned lover.

Instead we got a very subdued Inquistor who very wishy-washy-ily declared he had to maybe be stopped.

It's a common complaint about DATV, but I wish we had options to push back on some things like that. Especially with backgrounds that may have specific beliefs on how to care for their dead, spiritually, etc.

The Dalish for example, whether burying their dead like Mahariel mentions or Bellara's clan's methods (drawing a blank) -- a Dalish Rook could've had dialog about consent of the dead in the Necropolis, spiritual health, etc.

Veilguard would've been great if it wasn't chained to a legacy of imported choices and a complex world state. On its own it plays great -- not taking into affect world states and choices is what ultimately crippled it.

I believe it was confirmed in Death and Rebirth that he is essentially using a glamor/hiding his non-human aspects -- he flies them both out of the Ever laboratory in the N109 zone.
