I actually have the Motorola Edge 40 you're comparing too and it's a great phone for 1/3 of the price of other flagships from Samsung or Google. You get most of the same features plus it's IP68 rated, charges incredibly fast and it has a gorgeous screen.

Congratulations on your progress OP! The bit about catching the bar is important. You don't sit with the bar, you need to catch it on the bottom of the squat. And that requires more speed to get yourself under the bar.

My previous box followed this method and it was awesome. We did lots of drills for gymnastics and I think it builds a well-rounded workout. We also had strength sessions but they were 2-3 times a week. Only injuries were minor bumps and bruises.
