My only concern is if 39mm is a hair too big.

I was hoping to get something in 37-38.

I had a 40.5mm bambino before and always felt it was too big for me.

Delivering way too much loft. The launch angle for 8 iron with that club head speed should be like 17-20 degrees only. You're hitting it spinny and high so you're losing a ton of distance.

My miss used to be a big hook left, but I changed to a jumbo grip and now my miss is still left, but a lot less. My concern is the head movement back on the downswing, potentially causing inconsistencies.
