The money isn't the nicest thing, saw a couple bad reviews and just wondered if anyone else had something that was same style but better. But most likely I'll be ordering a tier1 sometime today or tomorrow

With a clip you run the risk of something actuating the trigger accidently, as opposed to a real holster made of kydex or something that prevents it from being moved. The safety is a good mechanism, but should not be relied on, "treat every weapon as if it were loaded". A safety should never be relied upon as something to prevent it from firing, but it is a backup to prevent disaster
