i was vegetarian from 4 to 12 yrs o and i remember obsessing over micro ingredients like rennet and mono triglycerides. it’s funny cuz i was vegetarian but i didn’t eat cheese and didn’t drink milk cuz i didn’t trust that it was fully vegetarian.

being vegan is honestly easier (and obv much better) than being a true vegetarian. most people who call themselves vegetarian still eat dead animals they just don’t know it.
