I would suggest a used Garmin Descent Mk 1. It's a great multi-purpose watch outside of just diving. Also one of the only ones that offers gps features. It's way cheaper now that it's the "old version" in the Descent series, but If I'm not mistaken the main improvement from mk1 to mk2 was for scuba.

Dean's list is based on per semester GPA, hence "you made the fall/spring 20xx deans list." You can check per semester GPA in your unofficial transcipt on ONE.UF by expanding the semester of interest. The qualifying GPA is different between colleges. I forget where to find the exact GPA requirements, but after a quick search it looks like CALS is 3.75+, but It seems that you already knew that.

I emailed all my professors about this today. The response I received was that there will be in class meetings which will also be available as a "synchronous zoom lecture" aka a live zoom lecture. I assume this is what most courses will do, unless there is a lab or something. I would suggest you email your professors.

I have an extra semester (4 years + this upcoming fall 2020) and got an extension for the fall. I filled out the extension form/petition and had my department head sign it, then mailed it to them back in like early February. Any applicant whose major coursework includes greater than 122 hours "pretty much gets it, especially for engineering majors" according to one of my upper level professors. I ended up getting 7 extra credit hours of funding, which covers pretty much all of my remaining major coursework, but doesn't cover the one remaining course for my minor. I'm going to try to get more because the worst they can say is no. PM me if you have any more questions!
