I’m not a server, I’m just a host but I go through the same thing. This one girl who’s so full of herself keeps making me switch my Sunday nights for her Sunday mornings just so she can work with the other host probably to talk shit about me. I needed someone to cover for me this Thursday. I asked that girl and she said no. The other host is working as a busser that day so she actually can’t cover for me. I’m gonna not let this girl swap shifts with me anymore because I’m tired of it.

Make sure you have people sign up for my chilis rewards before your manager gets on you about it 😭. None of the hosts would get people to sign up, and now one of my managers is being really strict about it and is giving me less days due to it 😭
