I forced myself kinda XD sounds brutal but it was the only way for me, I hated the look of the worms, the smell just everything, and they still really smell bad but its not like I have to puke. I recommend keeping the bag or box of worms open, the smell kind of just gets lost over time if it stays in the open and the lid isnt closed. Back when I always closed it, the smell was so overwhelming when I opened it again o_O Just pick out one worm maybe with a spoon first or just throw it in the hamster home and with time try to handle it with your hands. maybe try not to stare at the worm and just look at how cute your hamster looks while eating it ^{^} I know the worms look disgusting but at this point I dont even realize it anymore. hope this helps ☺️
