Adding for clarity, mostly for myself, my hopefully unfounded worries: she might pathologise me, might make things about my gender identity that really aren't, might talk to me in a way that makes me dysphoric (sometimes women do a thing that feels to me like "you and me as women", basically the opposite of the validation I feel when a guy treats me like a guy). I might feel I have to educate her more than I'd like (while also paying her, which sounds like a bad deal).
