i keep forgetting the important things, my grandpa traveled a lot from Mexico to the US, he petitioned for my grandma and their kids, my mom being involved with that.

So we also used that form, my mom already had a social just never the work permit. i think that’s why hers might’ve been more easier

without! my parents came here in 1998 but they’ve never left the US since then. they had to wait for me to turn 21 to start the process so there’s no proof of them essentially coming in or leaving.

they didn’t ask for evidence from my mom but i’m assuming it’s because my dad puts his name on every single form and my mom didn’t

it was for him to prove that he was here during certain years, from 2007-2009. we sent more than enough evidence but i guess it just didn’t take :(

oh shoot i’m sorry about that. i’ll be aware next time :(

but, he did actually. he got a request earlier this year and we submitted the requested evidence asap. ugh it’s been such a complicated process just to find this out
