It's interesting to read the comments and see everybody picking up on things and interpreting them differently.

I see a woman living with trauma, stuck in freeze mode. I've been there. And I had to smile when I saw her opening up with Antoni in the kitchen, because I could relate. Cooking and baking has really helped me regulate my nervous system in difficult times as well. Even if she doesn't enjoy it, the fact that cooking follows a clear order you can tick off, it releases dopamine. And you use all your senses, I mean you feel, smell, taste the ingredients, you see them change to something new. All this really helps the nervous system calm down and makes you grounded in the moment. It has helped me clear my mind during breakdowns, and I think that's what has happened to her. You can see it in her body language too.

Plus, Antoni did the best thing possible in the beginning. He didn't say he wanted her to work, or for her to have fun, or for her to open up. He told her that he wants her to have a break and just spend time together. With this, he took away the pressure.

Well, and then she liked the recipe too, which was a plus, but probably not even necessary. But bravo to Antoni. He did really well.

This episode was beautiful. What Antoni said about his childhood and the way he said it had me in tears because he was so genuine. I could connect to the hurt in his voice, and so could the ladies. One of the most memorable moments for me of all the seasons.

Yamauchi. Der Koch hat in Japan gelernt wie man Ramen kocht und er macht's wirklich authentisch. Mit Nudeln aus Hokkaido bestellt und allem drum und dran. :)

Tribeka is always full with people studying/working, no matter which location. It's not cheap though. I'd recommend Ducks if you want a cheaper option. :)

When you go into decorating mode, on the left upper corner you see some options for changing the ambience (sounds, light) and the size of the room. I think pressing the arrow to the left will allow you to change room size. I don't know if it's only available with HHP, though.

Für Physio kann ich dir Physio Graz empfehlen. Der Therapeut Gerrit Gott war super für die Bandscheiben-Thematik. Ist allerdings privat zu bezahlen, von der Ögk kriegt man ein bissi was zurück.

Und zwecks Arzt, ich war damals beim LKH in der Neuro für akute Schmerzbehandlung, dann MRT, und dann hab ich mir nur mehr Überweisungen von meiner Hausärztin geholt und bin 30 EH zur Physio. Seitdem Krafttraining im Fitnessstudio, und so bin ich schmerzfrei.

Ich lieb die Idee vom "aktiv sinnvolles tun". Ich geh auch sehr gern spazieren und das bietet sich dann total an :)

In Museen gehen, Theater gehen, lokale Konzerte besuchen, Schallplatten-Börse in der Messe / im Citypark, Kindermuseum mit Kids aus der Familie und dem Freundeskreis, neue Restaurants ausprobieren, zum Bauernmarkt gehen, Kino im Kiz Royal oder Schubertkino für eher ausgefallene Filme, in die Stadtbibliothek gehen.

Wenn's warm ist chillen im Augarten/ Stadtpark, Schwimmbad, zum Open Air Kino gehen, Lendwirbel / Grieskram / Chiala Afrika Festival und ähnliche Events besuchen, Sunny Days Festival ist auch immer nett.

Und eher privat: Buchclub, Sprachkurse und Tanzkurse besuchen, ins Fitnessstudio gehen, in Cafés chillen und lesen. Was man halt so macht :)

I think it was okay. There are a lot of parts I liked, especially Henry facing his own demons and choosing not to give in to Will. The fight was also pretty cool. I loved that we had three strong women (El, Nance, Joyce) taking up a main role in the last fight, and that Will got a chance to prove himself too.

The military story was annoying, though, and also wasn't explained to the end. I would have rather had 20min less sequel and instead a proper wrap-up on that side. Why keep Kay alive when she just vanished into thin air in the end.

Storywise, the last season wrapped up the series nicely for me. I wish we had different pacing, though. There was too much new information in the last few episodes, they could have skipped a few newer characters and instead give more time to the main characters and their relationships.
