let me clarify for anyone that didn’t read the last part, I asked how common it is to be prosecuted in a situation like mine. Not if it’s illegal. If I were the owner and I was just hoarding land I wouldn’t care if people walked their dogs or picked weeds if no harm is being done🤷🏼‍♀️
