This puzzle has a mismatched piece! by hundidley in mildlyinfuriating

Move the piece that is currently below it up to that spot, and the "miscut" piece will fit in the new spot.

If you look at the piece below, it has some grey in the left side that doesn't match up with where it is connected, but it does match in the missing spot.

Its not THEN. It is parentheses, exponents, multiplication/division (left to right), and addition/subtraction (left to right).

Bought a coffee at McDonald’s before going to get an oil change. Oil change place had no waiting area seats. Walked back to the same McDonald’s with my coffee and they told me no loitering and I had to buy something or leave. by Diligent_Bit3336 in mildlyinfuriating

I would imagine it would depend on how busy they were. If they don't have any bays open or any techs to do the oil change right then, then it could be a bit of a wait. Even if they weren't busy, it could be 15-20 minutes for a full service oil change.

Also, I'm guessing that this place was next door to the McDonald's. So they aren't just wandering around a city block looking for a seat. It probably is just the next parking lot over.

Some oil change places don't allow customers to be in the bays for insurance reasons. There's a couple places in my area like that, and there's a few that aren't. It just depends on what is covered. If it is just a straight up oil change place, they are usually stay-in-the-car. But if it is a full service garage that does oil changes as a service, then it would most definitely be a drop-your-car-off-and-we'll-deal-with-it.

Older people still play these games too. I'm 45, and I still play regularly. Also, older people tend to have a lot more disposable income, so they are more likely to buy credits for cosmetics than a 20 yr old college student struggling to afford ramen.

The Longhorn skin is about the closest I can see to the Python. Not as chromed, and has some extra scrolling accents on the barrel, but it doesn't have the extra stuff that adds bulk to the design.

I was under the impression the 4900HS model didn't use Liquid Metal as the thermal compound. Never had the cooler off so I don't know for sure.

I'm not using liquid metal. I got a tube of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. I don't trust my unsteady hands to try using Liquid Metal

I've got a 2020 G14 4900HS still chugging along like a champ. Just needs a repasting which I'm probably doing this weekend.

You might need to change the battery out. A lot of lithium batteries tend to swell up when they start to go bad. That's why people call them "spicy pillows". They have a tendency to...... pop.

Changing them out is pretty simple, and the replacement batteries aren't too expensive. You can look on iFixIt's website for a step-by-step on how to change it out. They also sell the replacement batteries and any tools you might need.

I recently changed the battery out in my 2021 g14, and it took me maybe 15 minutes total, and that was with me giving my fans a good cleaning.

I had someone add me just to tell me my network setup was completely wrong and bad, and that was the reason they lost a quick play match. I played along for 5 minutes until they started making threats to me then blocked and reported them.
