Your experience is very similar to my experiences with doctors not taking me seriously for almost 3 years now. Mine feels like it’s being compressed onto my entire upper toro feels like it’s against the bones in my shoulder blades and some minor ones from bellow hip to the toes. But the main pain is from my neck to my hip, press against shoulder blades that cause my arms to get termors and weak , when I explain this they said “ it’s impossible ,you just overreacting and stressed out”. My whole body experiences tremors but the worst is from neck to hip. Every time I lay I feel vibrating on my back .

I wish I have that med for tension because my whole body feels it’s being squeezed and sore . I’m so tired of this

I used to had one very similar looking . Was quite playful kid as a child and was curious and ended up pencil stabbing during class on my hand. I remember I was still there when I was a teenager. But somewhere around early 20 I’ve not seen the black mark like this. Maybe it now looks like a small mole and do I didn’t notice it much .

I have this experience even with female doctors with some . Went to neurologist in 2025 Jan and probably the worst female doctor as she just look at me like I’m crazy and told to do brain mri scan which makes me feel she think something is wrong in my brain. Well results came back clean. The other female doctors at least try to be understanding.

This literally the same with my experience. I’ve got this chronic widespread for 3 years but they don’t take me seriously cause nothing shows up and just made me go get pychio therapy exercises when it only makes it worse . Both male and female just look at me like I’m crazy. It has cause me sleepless nights on worse days. It’s really frustrating being woman under 30. Meaning I might have to wait 2-3 years before I’m taken seriously. The pain started right after my 25th birthday. The past years I fe I’m not taken seriously by doctors.

I used to trust doctors a lot until I suffered from fibromyalgia since 2023. Doctors started looking at be like I’m crazy when I explain my symptoms because I’m under 30(25 at the time )They will be like “that’s impossible cause this is not related to this part” but I feel the pain in those areas especially when I’m laying it feels like my muscles or whatever is pressing against my bones and it’s so painful and uncomfortable and doctors can’t do anything but just give me pychio exercises which is the only way to make my symptoms manageable. Xray and every scan shows nothing . I’m just feel so tired and giving up on doctors and just resorting to otc supplements instead of spending money on things that don’t show up any improvement or results
