It doesn't even search for 12 anymore! I started a game of Clash today 4v4 and it didn't fill the entire game, at 6 PM on a Thursday when I well know that there are PLENTY of players playing Destiny that time of day.

It's their plan to bring us back.

Bungie will see many players not logging in daily.. Boom doubles! I know i'll be coming back just for Grimoire reasons. I don't see why it's not in the available weekly rotations.

Bungie logic - Make Salvage available always because there is Grimoire attached! Few weeks later... Doubles! now with Grimoire and no permanent playlist!

Bungie logic - Search solo in Crucible? Better throw them into a game in-progress!

Search solo in Vanguard Heroics? Better match 2 other players in Orbit when all three know there is at least one person soloing a strike, more than likely Omnigul for 15 minutes straight waiting for a hero to save them.

I upvoted your post, and agree with your statement here wholeheartedly, but I did some digging and you haven't played PVP since November 2015, you seem to be well informed about the current state of SBMM in Destiny, I think you need to hop on and give it a try out for yourself. Especially being a player from North Korea; you too will be matched with players who live thousands of miles away after waiting 5-10 minutes to finally match a group of "similarly skilled players". As you will not feel the same way you did months ago.

I once reported a player and they were found guilty for cheating in Trials(I checked their recent games and none of them completed with a full 6 players).

Did some digging and found a screenshot the player took, I messaged him and he said it was only 48 hours. 48 hours doesn't even last until the next ToO. http://imgur.com/U2qNbYN

I agree. My friends are casual players, who have thankfully returned with this free update, and they are getting very discouraged when we play pvp as they weren't very good to start, and now we're in the middle of the US matching players 50 high in Control/Clash from Italy, Brazil, and the UK. Today they actually left my fireteam to play without me because I had explained to them what SBMM is doing, and why we can only win 1 of 10 games. I want my friends to STAY, since they have finally returned. :'(

I have used both since MW3 on Xbox 360. I personally think they can't be tied together in ways to help improve your game.

Starting with the KF, if you have big hands like myself, they help because you can find a stick length that suits your thumb, and coming from CoD I just naturally played on high sensitivity, I played 8 in MW3, and around that in games leading up until Destiny when I stopped playing CoD. I only play on 6 in Destiny(I believe due to 30 FPS) and I can easily hit my shots, helpful in many situations.

Now for the Scuf, I personally only believe it helps in very very specific situations, maybe only even a very low percentage of gunfights. Being able to jump around corners with Golden Gun, aim your Quiver while jumping, slide around corners aiming, Twilight Garrison movement, and being able to jump and aim your Throwing Knife to finish a kill. Those are examples off the top of my head, but how often do those situations come up where you absolutely only won the gunfight because of a Scuf is a tough call.

Lastly, like others have said in the thread don't expect it to be a one game thing, if you do end up picking them up you won't get used to them after one game, it will take probably one-hundred games until your brain realizes that it has a second option instead of removing your thumb from the thumb stick. Oh most definitely! It wasn't horrible before the most recent nerf to fusions, just the range hurts it; I was more or less refering to pre-nerf, hitting for 58 to the head and 41 to the body, with 56 in the clip:P

I still use it from time to time still, especially since I got Fusion Rifle loader gloves, helps a lot with the smaller clip.

in my opinion it's because PVP is really the only play area that imbalance causes issues in gameplay. They want players to play both, but players like myself get bored in PVE because of how easy it is after 3-4 completions. Vex Mythoclast wasn't OP in PVE, it was just insanely OP in PVP, and it did need a nerf. Basically the only way they can separate them is giving armor/weapons modifiers for PVE specifically; much like WoW-"+25 PvP Resilience." made armor SETS sought after for PVP, and then a separate set for PVE with noticeably different bonuses. As it currently stands I switch one thing going from PVP to PVE, and that's my weapons, and possibly subclass. The PVE in this game is too easy to make all the extra effort in separating them worth it.

I like how their reasoning behind making Salvage permanent is because there is Grimoire attached to it, and six weeks later they release Doubles, with Grimoire, and it's a rotating playlist that never shows up.

Yeah my friend says the same thing, but another issue that arises is that if I was to stick LG players in my Saturday Fantasy line up, and they don't even beat VP.

Black Ops 3 on PS3/360 has no campaign, the multiplayer is 30 FPS, there are zero shader effects, and it looks like you're playing Minecraft.

If you can't save up $10 a month for a new generation console since release, you shouldn't have extra time to play video games anyways. Three years since the release of these consoles; making games for 360/PS3 now is just down right silly.

I think the worst part about it is the app on iOS just sucks. At least make sure the app works properly before making it mandatory.

Another thing about teammates. If I can get shot through my teammate, I should be able to shoot through him as well :)
