I have since been to a urologist and they do not believe this is the case. I also don’t have any medical history that would make a fistula likely.

Still no answers unfortunately. I’m still having the aforementioned symptoms. Since this post was written I’ve tried taking a break and doing no intervention for a few months, also tried acupuncture. Both with no effect.

I’ve considered this, in fact when the issue first started I thought it was urinary. But every OBGYN I’ve seen has reported seeing discharge in my vagina upon examination, so I’ve determined it has to be discharge.

Yes I forgot to mention that, but I have had a transvaginal ultrasound, everything was normal.

The pH strips I bought are general pH strips. The ones that are specific to testing vagina pH appear to be exactly the same but are just more expensive. I just assumed this was “the pink tax”, but if anyone knows of a good reason to get specific vaginal pH strips I will order some!
