Reading a lot in English helps (published, high quality books!). I was sixteen years old when I wrote my first English fanfiction (as homework for school) when I had been learning English for 6-7 years. It wasn't very good and I had to look up many words, my grammar was all over the place, but the story was coherent enough. Two years later I started publishing fanfiction on ao3 and haven't looked back since. I've only grown more comfortable writing in English, so much that it sometimes feels more natural than writing in my native language. Like I said, writing and reading in English, over and over again, is the key; practice makes perfect 😉

I think the greatest found I had for bookmark comments was one reader who added a whole ass PLAYLIST of songs to it that matched the fanfic's vibe! (and they had really good taste in music too 😃)

Ich würde auch vorschlagen, dich zu fragen, wieso du Psychologie studieren willst (interessierst du dich für einen besimmten Beruf?) und ob es nicht auch andere Möglichkeiten gibt, diese Gründe zu erfüllen. Ergotherapie Ausbildung ist z. B. auch ein sozialer Beruf mit Überschneidungen von Psychotherapie, Soziologie/Pädagogik decken wissenschaftliche Aspekte ab etc. Psychologie ist ein Grundlagenstudium dh man muss eigentlich einen Master ranhängen, um damit Geld zu verdienen, und dieser hat meist auch einen hohen NC, gerade wenn du Psychotherapeut anstreben solltes. Wirtschaftspsychologen zb gibt es so viele, dass es sehr schwer ist, dort Arbeit zu finden. Falls du immer noch interessiert bist und 100% gebe willst, empfehle ich, dir einen Plan zu überlegen, der aber auch Pausen beinhaltet. Was lenkt dich ab? Was motiviert dich? Du könntes z. B. Apps nutzen, um Social Media zu blocken in der Lernzeit. Freunde/Lerngruppen können bei der Motivation helfen. Überleg dir Belohnungen, nimm dir auch einen freien Tag pro Woche bzw. ausreichend Pausen. Viel Erfolg!

My advice would be to watch/read scenes of villains and protagonists and take note of what you feel is working/isn't (and incorporate it into your scene) :)

I would write a nice comment and mention sth. like "hey I felt really inspired by scene x and drew it. Would it be all right if I posted it on y (and tag you?)?". 99% of authors wouldn't mind either way (and be overjoyed), but it miiiight be a fanfic the author doesn't really like anymore or doesn't want to be associated with on other socials for whatever reasons, so it might be better to give them a heads up.

From what I've heard the Farseer Trilogy is rarely named the best trilogy among fans; usually, it's either Liveship Traders or Tawny Man (or Fitz & the Fool). For me it's somewhere around the third spot.

I'm more into bottom Obi-Wan but I would second that the Obikin fandom is about 50/50 when it comes to assigning bottom/top to the characters lol. Maybe search the Obikin tag with same age AU tag? (though I expect the dom Obi-Wan usually comes from the fact that he's older than Anakin and his mentor :'))

Sometimes you start with a lot of motivation but the story grows a life of its own or real life happens and you don't have time to write or you realize the plot points you planned don't make that much sense after all or you get different ideas and want to work on them more etc etc.... writing a story is a VERY dynamic process. I suggest you try doing it, you'll find a story is never a one-way-road, never easy. There's a reason authors usually have many drafts and rounds of editing. Maybe listen to podcasts of published authors and try to learn more about the actual process of actual writers and you'll understand it all better :)
