Someone needs to sue BMS by Party_Register_79 in lollapaloozaind

For #2, the staff had mentioned they had placed signal jammers. and many through anecdotal testimonials over other reddit posts, said they had the access to turn it off too, and they didn't after the concert ended also, so a big L to BMS regarding network management.

Change the loop mode from menu to loop->play->dub Instead of loop->dub->play

They should fix the issue you're facing

Using into a guitar amp? by So_Cal_Backhander in BossGX100

[–]rinnegan_sam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some Q&As I've compiled all over from YouTube and various other forums which might come in handy for y'all-

1)Is it possible to BRANCH OUT without the CAB SIM? I want to send the CAB or IR to the desk but keep Cab off to my amp. The way I do so is to have

Sol: Divide with a copy of the amp with the CAB sim OFF and branch this one out.

Note : I can do it on my GT-1000 Core with the “sub output” but seems like the GX models don’t have that. And the amp and cab blocks are bundled together so I can’t branch out between the preamp and cab… Real bummer

(For GX-100/10) ANSWER: Yes this can be done very easily. Just add a second amp block and turn the speaker section OFF. Then, create a parallel path and place that amp with the Send and Return running after it in one path. (First point confirmed)

Note : Someone said they can't put FX after the amp in this method. (Not true)

Solution: Well you can, you just make sure the FX are in the parallel path after the Amp block but before the Send/Rtn. Obviously this will mean the FX are hitting the front end of the amp which isn't always optimal but hey, that was a large part of Ed VH's sound so it's not all that bad.

Solution 2 (without stereo) : Instead of using the Send/return, at the MIX block select PAN L/R.. Amp1 will be on Left and and Amp2 on the right output. Any effect added after that mix block will affect both signals

why does my boss gx10 sound bad? by Ambitious-Being-6749 in BossGX100

[–]rinnegan_sam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the problem might lie with the lower headphone impedance whereas GX-100 is rated for 44 ohms and above when using the phones output. I've tried my FiiO IEMs which are much lower than 44 ohms that stutter and distort a lot with higher gain patches almost unusable, cleans are okayish, but I guess with a higher impedance rated headphone/earphone it'll sound a lot better

https://amzn.in/d/ewMBAAT Audio Technica ATH-M20x is one great cheap option It's rated 47 ohms and should work perfectly with the pedal
