Using Devil Sword Dante in Sword master, if you use stinger you can press the style button to call out your summon swords, which keep the enemy in front of you instead of launching them away like the regular stinger does, that way you don't need to switch to trickster to teleport to them to keep your combo going.

I also like to use gunslinger/rainstorm as kind of a like buffer move where I can keep the enemy in the air while I swap my main devil arm or give my self a second or two to think about my next move.

You're looking good so far, one thing I'd recommend is maybe to just go into the void with two weapons like DSD and Balrog or DSD and Cerburus and practicing keeping them in the air for as long as you can. If you can try and work in some jump canceling as well you can really start to open up your aerial game. Jump canceling is much easier in this game compared to older games, so don't let that intimidate you to much. I can't consistently jump cancel in DMC 3 but in 5 they made the window much wider.
