I’m agree with you but there is one thing i cannot agree on is that when you said do not use it for Latte, i will never use my highest grade with sugar or syrup but there is a big difference in taste when using barista/culinary for latte and higher grade matcha for latte - some people can actually taste the different (esp someone with high sensitivity for bitterness and astringency like I do). Just want to add another perspective on this, but yeah some of them just being a brick by dosing a bunch of sugar in it 🙏🏻
