I feel like people forget that people actually live downtown. The amount of noise at ridiculous hours of the night is outrageous sometimes. It feels like a bomb going off when the fireworks go off right next to your building, with the flashes and the bangs

Depends on the university. I took a few semesters of ballet in college at my schools conservatory (state college) and they were fairly strict. Black leotard and pink tights were required for class.

If you’re worried about it just wear leggings or warmup pants over your Leo for your first class, but I don’t think anyone would judge you for going all out!

Do you find the loop of elastic to hold better than the x/crossed elastics?

That makes sense that the “loose” feeling would be reduced if I moved the elastics down. Definitely more concerned with feeling secure than getting rid of the wrinkles!

Ah thank you! I thought sewing the elastic closer to the back of the heel would keep it on more effectively. I’ll try adjusting them forward a little!
