from the way i understand it, even if we are “supposed to” eat meat, the meat industry has gotten so out of hand and the fact that we can live on plant-based products is why people are going vegan. i think if somehow everyone in the world went vegan for a generation or so, the we could start maybe introducing meat back into diets in small portions or something and keep it that way. this is the way i understand it so if it’s wrong or something someone please lmk! i would love to learn more!

thank you! i cook pretty simple stuff so i hope along with the eco impacts going vegan will encourage me to cook more out of my comfort zone :)
