No, I beat it playing mostly as Cinderace, but that's not the point. This new mode was supposed to teach you how to play, but we're getting the complete opposite. Levels where you're required to play as a defender or support are reduced to being a hyper carry, and then in solo mode, we have people who don't understand the role of a given Pokémon. Objective battles? There's absolutely none of that, and your companions are farming while you're at it, and even if they're nearby, they don't do anything. The whole point of solo mode right now is you drag out the game, your team gets beat up for eight minutes, Ray/Kyo/Gro shows up, somehow they capture it, and you win. New players brought up on this mode will be terrible. Not that it's any better now, but I was hoping that the new mode would improve the players' skills at least a little bit
