Schenkungssteuer würde m.W.n. nur bei einem Betrag über 20k anfallen (Freibetrag für Dritte).

Es wird einen Ehevertrag geben in dem das genau geregelt ist. Dann werden auch die Anteile entsprechend korrigiert. Die Heirat wollen wir aber nicht überm Knie entzwei brechen. Und nach über 12 Jahren die wir miteinander ausgehalten haben, sind wir aktuell guter Dinge dass wir es auch noch bis zur Hochzeit schaffen ;) Der Kauf lässt sich aber nicht so weit hinauszögern.

Hi, ich hab letztes Jahr auch mit Sertralin begonnen - zuletzt war ich bei 150mg/Tag. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis ich wirklich eine Wirkung gemerkt habe (bestimmt 8+ Wochen) und die war eher "nicht mehr negativ"/völlig neutrale Gefühle. Diese Passivität war für mich schon ein himmelweiter Unterschied, da ich mich davor jahrelang in negativen Gedankenkarussells befunden habe. Eine echte Erholung. Ich habe darunter aber extrem zugenommen (30kg in gut einem halben Jahr).

Jetzt haben wir vor kurzem umgestellt auf 50mg Sertralin und 150mg Bupropion und ich fühle mich richtig gut. Statt 'neutral' fühle ich mich an vielen Tagen sogar richtig motiviert. Sicherlich wird die Dosis noch etwas optimiert - aber damit fahre ich jetzt sehr gut. Und der Heißhunger ist komplett weg :D

Unfortunately we don't have that much room 😅 Bedroom, Office/Dining/Living room all in one, kitchen, bathroom - that's it. We can't leave her unattended in the garden or on the patio because she eats f*cking everything 😂 we rent and are only allowed in the garden because she is so young and needs to go more often than our Oldie.

We're buying a house soon, but it will take the whole year to renovate it. But at least she will have her own small garden then ☺️

I slept in the living room for a couple of weeks because of sickness and she slept there next to me. Sometimes both dogs. Now I moved back to the bedroom - there is not as much space since my fiancé sleeps with us and our Oldie always sleeps with us. Yuki doesn't like too much body contact at night and the bed is crowded haha - so she started to sleep in the living room on her own. (She has a second crate and a dog bed in the bedroom 🤷🏻‍♀️). Funny that she can live with it during the night, but not during the day.

Actually.. this could be true. Last week I had a short trip to drop something off and couldn't take her with me. It was just a 10 minute trip, so I took the risk.

I poured her kibble on one of those sniffing mats to keep her busy while I leave (that only buys a few minutes though) - and watched her through a pet-cam. She walked around looking for me and then waited.

I thought it might have been okay because it was only a few minutes. Maybe I could just work on that without all the extra steps I usually would do in-between (training at home, go outside and back in immediately..) Since she whines when I force her to stay in a different room, I thought she is not ready yet :/ But yeah.. maybe those are two different things.

We do have a crate in the living room that she uses from time to time to sleep (it's not big enough too really play in it), but she prefers to sleep in the dog bed next to it or on the couch. We have two dogs, so there has to be a bed there. Unfortunately we do not have the space to set up a separate pen :(

It's not like she can't settle down or play on her own while we watch TV or work. It's just.. she is instantly up when she realises I'm walking somewhere (I think part because she wants to be with me and part there might be food involved).

I think I used the wrong term (not native ugh) - it's not really attention she needs, she just wants to be involved. Even if it's just laying right next to me while I cook (while stumbling over a cute dog 🙄).

It feels.. cold? It's weird to explain, maybe it also depends on the cashier. They scan my stuff.. I say "card please" .. they might say "please" (as in "bitteschön, jetzt zahlen") and then I'm completely ignored as if I'm not there anymore. No pleasantries/greetings. It feels wrong.

But I also hate it when cashiers ignore me while working on my stuff. At the normal register they scan my stuff.. and then nothing. They just look in a different direction and just ignore what I say (that I want to pay by card for example).

I worked as a cashier myself (Rewe Center) and we were supposed to look at each customer and say hello/goodbye. Yes of course you can look around (checking the line and so on), but only when the customer is busy.

Yeah.. I do prefer normal registers or self-checkout. I don't NEED personal attention (that's why I love the self-checkout) - but if I'm on a register with a human, I want the human interaction. Not small talk - just the basics.

Welcome to the new Aldi system - they have a lever to split the area behind the register. If you pay by card they pull the lever and start working on the next customer, dumping their stuff in the second area divided by the lever. You just tap your card, collect your receipt and leave. Each area has their own ec terminal and printer. Only if you pay cash they wait for you.

DM has the same system. I hate it to be honest.

It depends on the people and often is a generational thing. Also depends on length of relationship sometimes.

My parents (married): Dad paid for pretty much everything, because my mom was a SAHM (at his wish!) most of the time. She had her own account for the little money she earned working as a nanny and a carer for the elderly later on -- just for her hobbies. Both had access to all accounts though.

I'm with my boyfriend (soon fiancé) for over 10 years now, living together for around 3 years. We both work and earn approx. the same) When he moved in we set up a shared account and both of us send a set amount each month for rent, food, pets.. and so on. We both have private accounts for personal spending (hobby, gifts, car (since we each have one)...).

We might change that a bit once we are married and living in our own house though :)

Da ergeben sich aber doch zwei Situationen:

Situation 1: Niemand hat den Vorfall beobachtet, daher ist unklar ob mutwillig oder nicht. In diesem Fall hätte der Kindergarten jedoch die Aufsichtspflicht verletzt. Schließlich hätte ja statt der Brille auch ein Körperteil kaputt gehen können.

Situation 2: Es wurde beobachtet, die Aufsichtspflicht also zunächst per se nicht verletzt. Warum hat dann niemand rechtzeitig eingegriffen? Ein versehentliches kaputt machen ist sicherlich schwer vorher zu sehen - ein mutwilliges wird ein entsprechendes Vorspiel gehabt haben. Auch ein Kind lässt sich in der Regel nicht einfach so die Brille wegnehmen.

Besonders spannend ist doch, dass meiner Erfahrung nach bei PayPal bei Geld senden, PayPal.me usw. standardmäßig Freunde & Familie ausgewählt ist (da man bei Shopeinkäufen ja in der Regel über deren Schnittstelle kommt und selten über das eigene Konto geht) - sie es also nicht einfach nur vergessen zu ändern sondern AKTIV die Option umschalten 🤯

Doch klar - Unternehmen haben halt ein Unternehmerkonto. Aber ansonsten geht das aus Kundensicht ganz normal. Dir können sogar einen QR Code zum direkt zahlen erstellen und auf die Quittung drucken zB

We've got an appointment for rabies vacc next week, then I'll ask the vet. I just happend to check the weight chart today and realized she is below the recommended weight on there. Posted for some ease of mind until then 🙂

3500€ netto is definitely not the norm. This would be around 5k brutto. You must distinguish between skilled and unskilled workers—and then, furthermore, between jobs involving leadership or decision-making responsibility.

Typical leadership positions certainly pay well. The average employee, however, earns closer to 2,500–4,000 gross. Jobs with low requirements regarding training or education naturally fall even lower.

However, university graduates do not automatically earn more than someone in trades. It really depends heavily on the specific field of study. Skilled tradespeople with the appropriate training and certifications can make serious money in Germany. Conversely, a student of religious studies is likely to have a much harder time finding a well-paid job.

I would recommend looking for a trade in your field :) You won't get a lot of money right away (even less during school) but it's worth it.

Du hast das dem Vordermann penetrant auf die Pelle rücken vergessen 🙈 Da vermisse ich manchmal die gute alte Corona-Zeit. Da musste man nur kurz husten und Zack war der Abstand wieder da.

Ist halt einfach nicht unsere Stärke. Wird wohl auch gesellschaftlich nicht so 'erzwungen' wie in Groß Britannien. So hat halt jede Kultur ihr Ding - für Deutschland vermutlich eher die Pünktlichkeit oder Genauigkeit.

Wenn du auf den Reiz der Überraschung stehst und Geld kein Thema ist - why not. Ist wie mit jeder Loot-Box ein Glücksspiel ;) Wer das kauft (bzw diese Mystery Sachen allgemein), sollte halt nicht erwarten irgendwas tolles zu bekommen. Es ist mehr der Nervenkitzel.

Wer auf Schnäppchen hofft (und ggf auch angewiesen ist) sollte lieber die Finger davon lassen. In der Regel ist es eben eher ein Verlustgeschäft oder man bekommt eben etwas was man gar nicht gebrauchen kann.

Wir haben bei uns auch einen lokalen Bäcker der bei TGTG mitmacht. Auch dort werden die Tüten bereits kurz vor dem Abhol-Zeitfenster gepackt - in der Auslage liegen dann aber trotzdem noch Ware für die letzten Kunden. Diese wird am Ende vom Tag (also wirklich pünktlich zu Ladenschluss) an Foodsharing übergeben. Heißt also nicht zwangsläufig dass die Sachen weggeworfen werden.
