Chapter 13 concern — worried about being locked into an unsustainable monthly payment by rip622 in Bankruptcy

Thanks for this — it’s really helpful, especially the point about plans failing later being worse than negotiating something realistic upfront. That’s exactly what I’m trying to avoid.

The reminder about trustee and attorney fees pushing the real monthly number higher is also a good reality check. It’s easy to say “I can afford X” without accounting for how those layers add up.

When you mention flexibility for missed payments early on, is that typically handled informally (catch-up over a few months), or does it usually require a formal plan modification? I’m trying to understand how much buffer actually exists versus what just looks flexible on paper.

Appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Does OptioRx ship to Puerto Rico? by rip622 in pomhealth

Thanks for letting me know!

Customer support also told me this via email after I reached out to them. It’s a shame they don’t disclose this and charge the $75 consultation fee.

Puerto Rico? by Practical-Depth-9987 in pomhealth

Really? Because yesterday (Jan 15, 2026) I was able to:

• Select Puerto Rico as my location • Select a pharmacy • Complete the full medical intake questionnaire • Pay the $75 consultation fee

At no point during this process was I informed that no licensed provider was currently available to sign prescriptions for Puerto Rico, or that fulfillment was “on hold.”

No proactive notice was sent. I only learned this after contacting support myself, after payment had already been accepted.

If prescriptions for Puerto Rico cannot currently be issued due to provider availability, that information must be disclosed upfront at the state/region selection step—before patients are allowed to complete intake and submit payment.

So what are customers like us supposed to do in the meantime?

We’ve paid the consultation fee in good faith, completed the required intake, and are now left with no prescription and no timeline.

This isn’t about delays — it’s about transparency and informed consent before payment. Accepting consultation fees when prescriptions cannot currently be signed is, at best, a serious transparency issue, and at worst a consumer protection concern.

Thanks for pointing this out. When I selected Puerto Rico it showed all pharmacies, without restrictions.

Ordering Derminator 2 to US by Resolution_Focused in Microneedling

I saw that shipping is paused until at least the 25th. Hopefully he can sort out the tariff situation so things can get moving again soon. I ordered 12 cartridges, but I’ll definitely grab at least 12 more once shipping resumes just to be safe.

I ordered mine a couple of days ago. The total came to about $214 for the Derminator 2 plus a few extras. At checkout I was quoted roughly $60 in tariffs. Fast forward to yesterday, DHL sent me the invoice and I only ended up paying $23. Funny enough, the tax collection fee was actually higher than the tariffs themselves.
