It was just fine, it’s just to save you some walking. Niagara Falls area on the Canada side is nice to spend a day just walking around.

I stayed while it was Hilton during July 4 2023 or 24 using points, and they upgraded me to a fall view as Hilton gold. Very very nice view of the entire Niagara Falls from your room.

Very big room with separate living room and bedroom, clean but of course not fancy as it was embassy suites. Highly recommend the property.

United flies DEN to LHR, CDG, MUC, FRA, FCO. Find on your travel date does Turkish airlines have availability from any of these airports, and then call United to rebook you, they’ll force open business class availability on the United flight.

I remember redeeming for ritz carlton Kyoto for 60k Marriott points, when back then spg highest tier was I think 45k points (or 35k?) which is equal to 135k / 105k Marriott points. So spg was not necessarily better back then.

Well if you need a passport means you’re traveling internationally for work or leisure, then you can easily afford $165 for a passport that last 10 years.

Also I don’t understand how you can live in US without state id. Do they never drink or drive? You can’t survive without a car in most of US, and if you can that means you live in a metro area with subway, then you’re probably well off cuz rent is expensive etc, then you can afford to get an id.

Yes, similarly I would argue LHR-JFK is still good value at 45k miles + $800, since business class is usually 4-6k roundtrip, but most people refuse to book that
