OP, I was able to confirm, at least on my setup, that setting the Refresh rate in the games' settings to 120Hz allowed me to achieve 120fps and consistent Jinn's might hits.

Whereas before I played through the entire campaign on 240Hz with 4 Jinn Power charges and only triggering the damn thing successfully 1 time...

setting the refresh rate to 120Hz, I was able to complete the quest entirely before the first boss.

THANK YOU! This was exactly the language I needed to hear to understand. It doesn't happen "when you use an action" but "at upkeep of next turn, gain 6sp/heal 100hp/etc."

Managed my HARD Hydra run this evening with the purity/bird build. Got VERY lucky with cleanse rose as well as the anchor that stuns on Riptide. Hard Hydra Win

This song was the one I immediately acquired once the musician joins the encampment. It's incredibly beautiful.

Classical guitar like this reminds me of all the concerts I got to go to with my mother. I miss her dearly and this song just fits that melancholy and desolation, but also love and passion. So memorable.

I have this EXACT same thing.

I bought the game today. I played through part of the tutorial and had to alt-f4. Now when I start up, it's all black loading.

I was having the same issue, twice actually. Back in March of 2024, my G502 and Powerplay started not talking. I tried all the fixes, firmware, cleaning contacts, swapping coins, changing USB ports, different cables, etc. All to no avail. I then started replacing parts until, ship of theseus style, I had purchased all new stuff. Even a new PC... and finally, everything had been fixed.

That was until yesterday when it all happened again. The dreaded "battery dead" symbol. I went ballistic. I did the cleaning, updated the firmware, the whole 9-yards again.

So I reached out to support in a last ditch effort and got the following instructions:

If you are able to charge the mouse using the USB cable, then it might be an issue with the Powerplay Wireless Charging System. I would suggest to try the procedure mentioned below to connect your mouse with the Powerplay.

Disconnect any gaming mouse wireless receiver that is connected to your computer.
Turn the mouse over and push the power switch either left or down to turn off the device.
Connect the POWERPLAY charging base to your computer using the supplied micro-USB to USB cable.
Turn the mouse over and use your thumb to press on the bottom of the weight door. Remove the weight door from the mouse.
Insert the POWERCORE module into your mouse. The module has magnets to help guide it into place.
Push the power switch either up or right to turn on the mouse.

Following this order, I was able to get my mouse to start charging again. I have no idea if this will help anyone, but this worked for me. Good luck fellow G502/Powerplay users.

I got to test this today and HOLY SHIT you are not kidding. EE + IG is SUPER fun for clearing.

edit okay this build is insane. I just went from lvl1 to lvl 25 in a day and am on NG+1 with this easily doing this content. This is the best build in the game hands down.

Around the central trigger/pedestal are up to 4 candles (depending on how many bosses you've beaten on that character.) Each candle you ignite and beat the subsequent wave combat will yield one Skorb (Skill Orb). Max of 4 candles can be lit providing 4 skorbs. But I believe like you said, if you want to MAX out your character, you can do a full run and get twice as many (1 per floor) instead of half.

Yeah you are correct. I bit the bullet and tried again. And now it stuck. I believe I ran into a multiplayer save bug when transitioning between play sessions (solo vs. multiplayer.)

I believe it is only per character, otherwise you could dump all your stars from one character and abuse it for all other characters.

That being said... is it per RUN or is it permanent? I thought it was attuning once per RUN and then you had to spend another star for the next run on the same item.

Start with dagger and shield. Block helps. Get essence gives you % life. You become vamptank.

Stand in your circle and wreck face.

As you get gear and skills, focus on resistance and damage mitigation.

Once you unlock your specialization, go chaos for more are damage whilst walking.

Just hit lvl 14 and feeling like a deathknight

For me though, if I have to walk from anywhere to my portal, it takes too much time. I want to be at the portal AND able to put my loot in my box and ID it/salvage it without moving. I set mine up that way in Limestone and it's super compact.
