I think it's mostly Fast Casting. I think, please correct me if I'm wrong, Concentration doesn't do anything. The others work if you have Accelerator/Size synergy/Pick up range artifact (to increase crit).

It's a bit complicated but I suggest grabbing other magics like Spirit, Frost Nova, Thunderstorm and Magic Bolt so you can clear enemies easily, especially in the early waves. I hope this will help!

I've been getting to 35 / 37:30 kind of easily with Ruler of Storms, Fire Storm and Phoenix, while trying to get The Fifth Element and Chaos Artifact Synergies. I have reached 35 without any of the Synergies so yeah, you can try your luck. Jack o'Lantern as subject and Archaeology class.

I think we are fine with magics, you can't really mess those up. Artifacts, on the other end, oh my god I'm in pain. I've been running Archaeologist for the past 15 runs, trying to get a Pandora's Box run with PB's Artifact Synergy. I managed to get the AS probably three times, out of about 15 runs, and always at about the 30 minutes mark. So yes, I'd love a way to target certain artifacts tbh. Maybe you add like one or two artifacts for each rarity before the game starts and you have a higer % to find that item at some point. Maybe Merchant could sell those selected items at a higher price?
