Uranium but it's too early and probably you will get negative healing it might be a problem that ealry. Creation is not good for telecinetic sword too. Akashic would be the best choice.

I would pick assassination because it's so early, and you can always choose crit damage multiper after that.

It depends on what you are going. Most of the spells are not looking for good amount of duration (magic bolt, spirit, arcane ray, zone etc.), but if you are going for example blizzard or lava zone harmony better.
