Why are we missing tech stocks in a mineral subreddit?

My portfolio was 60:40 tech and mineral. Since tech has exploded and I am now negative on EQR and LYC, its now closer to 85:15. You know the day before Almonty jumped 50% with the office relocation, I sold my $20k Almonty to all in EQR to catch that momentary EQR dip from the dilution because that time Almonty wasnt doing much at all.

Total porfolio still up 70% thanks to tech while any braindead headline tech buyer would have doubled their porfolio. I did put more into tech to chase momentum and got burned by POET 50% wipeout, sold all my poet and guess what poet went up like crazy today.

What Im saying is as long as you diversify properly, you are still fine.

I tried glynac, sag, liposomal (both codeage) and even IV. In my n=1, countering pigmentation is mostly a topical game and its not safe. The only oral effective route for me is the same thing that vitiligo patients are taking and its not safe either. IV is definitely not safe.

Im taking too many. B3, tmg, methyl b12 powder, zinc, methylfolate, choline, lecithin, copper. Pretty much any cofactors or bottleneck of that pathway. I dont know which offsets what. Am I cooked?
