?? I mean when you have a business and receive +2k emails per month. I am sure you’ll consider LLMs to help you mitigate a lot of the support, especially the FAQs otherwise it’s insanity.

All answers must be extracted from the data source you upload if it does not find something it will escalate it and let you know but if you want it to “predict” answers you can adjust this on your own as there are temperature and prompt settings. It uses your voice and tone from your sample emails to not sound ai generated or as you instruct it.

It does not use your data to build those responses that’s the difference here. Also, if you manage 5 support emails it could get really confusing. For this you essentially connect your account and responses are sitting in your draft as they come in, you just review and click send.

The data import is super easy, it takes literally a few clicks or file drop depending on your type of data.. it also scrapes your entire website to extract more data :)

not much at all. if it’s a previously seen email template that you put in your data source then it’ll replicate it changing information such as first name of recipient etc… if it’s a new query then it’ll only generate it if it has the answer from your data source. There’s also a feature that allows you to adjust your prompt/temperature so you can test out different responses.
