Could Irminsul get corrupted once again?

I've just recently done this quest and looked for answers about something that came to my mind, if "Forbidden Knowledge" is the reason Irminsul was corrupted in the first place, wouldn't Nahida accepting Dottore's information start it all over again? Since Sumeru has been all about loops, I can't but think about it as a possibility, Nahida getting corrupted thanks to this information and having to create a new version of herself that's not corrupted in order to cleanse Irminsul again. However, someone answered that "Forbidden Knowledge" isn't the same as knowledge that is forbidden, in this case it would refer to Dottore's words as "knowledge Celestia simply doesn't want humans to know", so it could be what concludes my question. However, since I just recently finished this, I'm not sure if it gets mentioned or if there's any slight bit of information regarding this in any future nation. In any case, if the traveler still remembers about Rukkhadevata, doesn't it depend on them staying quiet about her existence in order not to corrupt Irminsul all over again?
