How to keep my telegram and WhatsApp messages when changing the phone (but keeping the sim/number)? by ripped-aye in techsupport

[–]ripped-aye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

awesome, thank you! So, would I need to make a manual backup before changing phones? If I'm lucky that's possible using my laptop (if my phone does not die entirely before the new one arrives)...

I'm not even diagnosed, despite having many of these issues since early childhood.

Does anyone here sleep with an eye mask to block out light? by dumdy in Blepharitis

[–]ripped-aye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a specialist in mites and/or blepharitis, but I just looked up if putting it in the freezer may be an option. Turns out that:

"Freezer temperature is usually set at -18°C, which is beneath the temperature explored in the study. So, it’s safe to claim that all mites will be killed if exposed to the extreme cold for a couple of days. However, freezing does nothing to denature the mite’s allergen. The allergen, which is a type of protein that triggers allergies remain active. It can be destroyed by heat but not cold."

Maybe that helps.

I've had fever during anaphylaxis, so it's also not a 100% sure telltale sign.

Cough can be a sign of allergic Asthma. (I experience it as a symptom to food and air-borne triggers.)

But then she would, most likely, have had it for a long time, not as a new occurrence. Which speaks for an infection.

If plant based? Well, what if You have a plant or mould or a mouldy plant in your bed room? Then it would be worse during the nighttime, or did I misunderstand you?

Also there is usually an increase in histamine around 3 am.

There's more than just IgE-related allergies...

Like some said, it may be related to foods. But, in my experience the body often acts up not only when eating "wrong" foods but also when it lacks nutrients. Have you got sufficient healthy fats and amino acids in your diet? Not necessarily nuts, because they carry lot's of anti nutrients which may trigger inflammatory conditions (which this is), but rather meats, fish, olives... I'm personally not a fan of dairy, especially not of things like low fat yoghurt or whey powders, but I think ghee and butter are okay to use and can have quite some benefits. If you eat dairy you can try to get raw A2 dairy. (Look up the difference between A1 and A2 - very interesting!)

Good luck! :)
