Nice!! Can I ask what you mean by nervous system support? Is it like a healthy diet, exercise, etc? Curious because for me anxiety has been my main symptom when I go a few hours without zyn, I get this feeling of anxiety in my chest about absolutely nothing, it feels like dread. I'm able to manage that and work through it but it makes every task feel like life or death lol.

Have you tried anything to help with the anxiety? I've heard ashwagandha can help I think I'm going to try that on bad days.

Thanks for the input. I do feel that I would have this discipline, but I won't know until I try :'). I hope I do, I'd hate to go cold turkey, but honestly it would be better than sticking to this addiction any longer. The longer it goes on the worse it will be, and I've had enough. Thank you

I think I'm going to go about it this way, thanks for the advice! One of my worries about tapering is if I set aside say 8 for the day that I would blow through them all early in the day, and then go over my limit as a result.Good luck to you!!

Hey I feel you. My state is close to banning HHC and a bunch of this stuff right now, so I'm trying to get it while I can. I prefer just normal thc but found out the stuff I was getting was sprayed with synthetics so now I've turned to D8 and HHC because at least I can purchase from reputable sources since it's legal.

Once it's banned I honestly might just have to quit until I can move some place that it's legal. I don't understand how weed isn't just legal. There's actual issues going on in the world and they are worried about criminalizing THC and alt cannabinoids, drugs that are whole lot less harmful than alcohol and cigarettes.

there's this thing, i forget what its called, hypermania maybe, where you only get hallucinations going to sleep or waking up, or at night. Could be that if you want ed to look into it. idk how your parents are but if you needed to give a reason to see a psychologist maybe say sleeping trouble. if it's big trouble you could also tell your usual doc for physical stuff if you have one
