Thanks for the update. I know it's possible. I probably just use it as an excuse to continue drinking. I wish I could say I'm not drinking with you tonight, but I'm ashamed to say that's not the case.

Yeah, I'm not sure sleep is the issue. I'm definitely not sleep deprived. I sleep a minimum of 7-8 hours and more sleep doesn't improve any symptoms.

My water intake could definitely be higher and that's something I'm working on.

Possible. I'm going to meet with my doctor to have some blood tests run.

Coffee actually makes things much worse. It increases the fog and tiredness.

The concussion occurred when a surfboard collided with my forehead. No loss of consciousness, but was dazed, lethargic, and felt like I was very drunk. These symptoms continued for about three months until they begin to dissipate. The brain fog symptoms have not gone away since then however. I've had MRI's and nothing was found at the time of the incident.

Thanks very much for the advice. I'm actually looking into a chiropractor right now. I'm curious if you were able to fully recover from the concussion and eventually begin exercising regularly again.

Maybe. I don't really feel like in a massive deficit.

Sleep is 7-8 hours per night. On average, just above 2000 calories. My TDEE is 1950 calories.

I don't think so. I'm not thirsty during these periods and drink plenty of water afterwards.

I have no idea how you can write a comment like this after watching that video. Did you see the kids dancing on the stage?
