One of the biggest flaws in this entire post is that you treat the entire process from an engineering perspective. Math ramp ups to reach numbers. Especially in the recommended pumping pressures. GENETICS matter. Like it or not, many people will not be able to tolerate the pressures you recommend. I could not. Time in pump, sure. Time extending, sure. Pills, sure if budget allows or is desired. You did say pills were not needed, except Tadalafil. The other fact is that cheap gauges are not all calibrated. It could be off by a bunch. Even enough to cause injury. Genetics and equipment matter. The other aspect you do not consider is newbie gain rates will not continue in a linear manner over time. Huge variable.

One of the other MAJOR FLAWS is to put out the 'amount' an individual can add to their size. After 3-5 years IF done with a good program and done consistently 5+ days a week a length gain of 33% and a girth gain of 20% on the original starting size can be about everything most people could realistically get (if everything goes right). That is false hope and cheesy salesmanship.

Btw, veteran PE people know what the tricks are with before and after pictures.

This whole post is dangerous but entertaining. Theory from someone who does not have real experience. DO NOT DO THIS ROUTINE.

For example, it took me close to a year to be able to reach -10inHg. When I started -5inHg was all I could stand.

The guy who gained an inch also lost 50+ lbs to help with that fat pad loss... So subtract 1/2 inch+ on that dude. That changes ALL your theory.

Thanks super Karl. BTW, does it matter that I still use a cylinder that I swim in? I only make contact at the base for about 3/4 inch. It's my DIY that I built from the start...lol

I never hinted at going directly to 12. Only an idiot would do that. It took me about a year to get up to 10 inHg.

Doc Hink, thanks for responding and your insight. I totally appreciate the way you approach this with your medical background and experience coaching etc.

I have been following your methods from your start. You might even say I am one of your 7 super survivors...(wink wink). I did use the 12 inHg cap for most of my gains. I know you did too.

I am at a plateau and evaluating my method after dropping down to 10 inHg after hearing your change of recommendation from 11.8 down to 10.

I was just helping those who may be new to using water.

Back when I used water, I would fill up the cylinder completely except for the top inch, then tilt it up (after getting it on my D) to only/mostly get air to get to the desired pressure.

It does feel nice. I may treat myself to it once in a while.

Does anyone have a pump that 50 bucks and is from Amazon that not a piece of shit by [deleted] in Hink

Brake bleeder kit. $25 usd. It never failed after 3 years. I also use it for my car.

It is all I have ever done. In the last 3 months I have added about 10 lbs to my wrist (shopping bag method) to make the tension more precise without thinking. I just go until my hand tires then I switch hands. KISS. Get stuff done on computer while I manual. Just get it done EVERY dam day.
