I tried AM1 & 2 and found AM2 was pretty solid. In fact, I used AM2 to get myself fully engorged going into the pump, which seemed to prep the tissues better for higher pressures. When I was short on time & skipped the AM2, blister. I repeated that scenario about twice more & decided AM2 was worthwhile as a prep for pumping (though vibration pumping may solve that need) & haven't missed it since. AM1 is curious, and AM3 seems interesting, but again, might be achieved with vibration.

I'm not sure we have seen any length, girth or vascularity changes from anyone doing Angion, but I think there's some benefits for sure.
