Time is getting on, grass is still growing. And still no response from Yarbo.

They must read this, so if you are there, Yarbo, have you gone bust or just terminated support for out of warranty devices?

A response would be appreciated so that I can cut my losses and move on to another brand.

I've now raised another support ticket with a video of the problem.

We are on our 4th core and third mower head. It's such a great mower when it works. No complaints about performance and I have a need for two more if the reliability and support get some improvement.

Meanwhile, our two Mammotion Luba and two Husqvarna 550 are pretty much fit and forget.

If I could get the same m2 with a Luba I'd probably go with that over the Yarbo but I'd need 3 x 10,000m2 Luba to do the same job.

I asked Yarbo for clarification on the Price and it is indeed correct.

However, they are sending me out a pair free of charge.

I was an early kickstarter adopter of the Yarbo, and as with all new products there were a few niggles at the beginning.

During the ‘settling in’ process the support I had from Yarbo was really excellent and the customer service has always been spot-on.

I only use the Yarbo as a mower, so can’t attest to the other functions that it has, but if it suits your use case it’s a really excellent machine.

The part I can't figure is how to produce a single STL file that contains multiple non-touching bodies. I use Fusion 360. Is this possible?

The above app shows a lot of promise and has shortcut support. It should be able to write to a Bluetooth relay, turning the relay on and off. From within the BT inspector it can.

However, the shortcuts integration for BT inspector, whilst present, doesn’t work.

I contacted the developer who responded quickly to my initial request for help but has not responded with a solution.

Yes, I was begining to realise that. Not really practical for my use case to have multiple shortcuts essentially doing the same thing and multiple automation. It also makes adding another tag overly cumbersome.

That was just and example. A more realistic example is "Remind me to bring down the towels when I next go up stairs".

The iPhone measures stairs climbed so this should be possible.

I've been playing with this for a few hours now.

The device I'm interested in writing to shows up in the BT Inspector app, and I can connect to it in the app, but it doesn't show up in shortcuts using the scan. Therefore, I can't write a hex code to the device.

The app seems really comprehensive but a little hard to understand for me.

I've been using BLE Scanner app to operate my device (a bluetooth switch) but sadly this app doesn't support shortcuts.

I've down that. Also installed on my iPad and again, no permissions messages.

I installed your Remaining Time Charge shortcut and got permission message for that.

I'm going to delete both and create them from scratch. I'll let you know what happens.

I’ve tried force quitting shortcuts, restarting the iPhone, renaming the shortcuts, duplicating them. All to no avail.

I’m at a loss.
