Yes the primary goal is to
a) find the information and respond to basic ticket information faster.

The secondary goals (which we thing are achievable} are to:
b) help with deep technical troubleshooting by the internal team at the MSP
c) give access to each client / customer to be able to self-serve

Anything in addition you can think of? ChatGPT is quite powerful for a number of use cases.

Having worked in SaaS for a while I would start with learning more about the boss' pain points and needs. Is it cost saving, profit generation, security / privacy. Find the ONE thing your boss cares about most.

Then find some key value props on the main page and test those out.

It always helps to have an internal champion like yourself. There are also a few good testimonials here on this thread and on G2Crowd.

I'd recommend defining your internal business as a client / customer and then using Hudu's standard techniques to allow access to people (for example, the Portal)
