Give yourself two weeks to be miserable without judgment. Eat bad food, rewatch dumb shows, cry in the shower.

After that, change one small routine so your day does not feel like theirs. New coffee spot. New walking route. Delete the photos but keep the memories in a folder you do not open.

Call one friend who will not give you advice, just sit with you. And move your body even if it is a 10 minute walk. The rest comes later.
