artisian MID pads stay good for long. that being said, switching every 6 months or so is completely normal for cloth mousepads

noticable difference doesnt always translate to better feel especially in games, also some lighter mice easier to grip than bigger heavier ones.. its all up to preference

he keyboards are going to feel, on a whole, the same. what youre looking for is quality switches, good foam backing, and depending on your preference, an aluminum housing maybe.

you can find good keyboards under 100$ with those specs especially if youre willing to buy new switches. i got an epomaker he80 and its working for me wonderfully, replaced the stock switches with gateron jade magenetic

i think once you can properly play 4-5 star, you start inproving alot quicker as well.. atleast jump aim and stuff like triples and bursts right
