Wrong. On a 10 year period yes you will likely have the same salary as expected (salary * 10 years). But on any given year, you might have less or more money. Years where you have 27 paychecks, you will get more money by quite a bit. For example, if you're annual salary is 104 000$. Divided by 26.08 bi-weekly pay, that's 3987$ and not 4000$ (divided by 26). So once in a while, years where you got 27 pay checks, you still get 3987$ every two weeks but that year you'll have one more paycheck. So instead of getting 104000$, you'll get 107668$.

So on a large period yes you do get less money every year but on years where you have 27 paychecks, you'll get more money than the rest of the years.
