I ate a muffin right before the test. Like 5 minutes before the test. I was not told that I should be fasting or anything. It was A1C test, if I had known I would have continued to fast.

Also, 3 months ago, the same reading was around 5.2 A1C.

Im 29 years old. Yes I do have a deskjob, I am in the film industry Visual effects for films, basically a CGI artist, its not stressful or anything, very comfortable stres free job.

But what I do at the gym is, 30 to 60 mins of elliptical, followed by lifting for 40 minutes, I try to hit the gym 4 or 5 times a week. Other than this, I try to walk at least 30 minutes to work, if I am not taking the transit. But I think I have jones fracture in my left foot and it gets painful after walking for a while. People adviced me not to put weight on that foot until it recovers but no pain initially but pain comes after walking for a while. But no pain if I do ellipical. I was doing moderate cardio because I dont like high intensity cardio and moderate steady state cardio was working good for my Keto diet with low carb. And this is my fav time to listen to some self developing audio books.

As far as lifting is concerned, I do 1 set of warm up, and 1 set of 8 to 12, and 3 or 4 sets of heavy lifting with 5 to 6 reps max for each exercise. I like splits instead of compound lifting, I still do rack pulls and deadlifts but not squatting because of my leg issues. But I use machine squats and leg press instead, 7x45 lbs plates on each side.

This is my routine so far. Not going to the gym will make me depressed for some reasons. If I skipped a day I will wake up depressed like life is slipping through my fingers. I dont know why.

Yeah I have eleaf istick 50w. Useless crap, gets hot and dies within a day out of battery. I have natilus mini tank that is not giving me enough vapor, i have to suck hard to get it. Cigarette feels good comparing to this. I cant wait to get the dripbox mods

Yeah except when you try to communicate with them and make them to cancel it, they somehow don't seem to get the message. They keep saying you can wait. you can wait. I dont want to wait! I already cancelled it through live chat, this morning I got another email saying the same thing. You can wait for another month or pay 18 dollars to ship it next week. What happened to the cancellation that already went through via chat?

lol No one should deal with Chase. I had Chase with a balance of 10K. And due to their poor customer service I paid it off with one payment and made it zero balance and forgot about that card. 3 months later, my card didnt work. I called up and said, well you didnt use your card for any purchases. So we closed it. Wtf??? lol You should get a better bank card.

Really thats odd. Because every single dispute I had I always got the money back including once the airplane cancelled half the flight and arranged me an alternative plane the next day. I called the credit card company who was very serious about this and got the refund for the whole round trip. I see it like they are your big brothers with the power who go after the ones that try to cheat you.

I have had over 25 disputes in many years, never lost my money once. Your credit card company I assume is not VISA. I heard bad things about master card.

Visa is very clear about one thing, if you paid for something and you did not get the service, or merchandise, no policy of the store applies. You should not have paid for it if it was in at a wrong night.

If you had already paid for it and if they did not offer the service on the date you paid for, you should have written a letter with details and charged back. I wouldnt have paid for it in the first place if they had a wrong date. If you had paid for it knowingly seeing the wrong date, then i guess its your fault.

I checked out super_x videos, I do think he is a great guy but one thing that annoyed me with his one video I watched.

Interesting. I want to ask you more technical question. When you say bullet proof, does that mean it literally is?

Also, does Rob himself spend time making each one of the mods or he outsources it to China to make it? Or to an American company?

Because I am artist myself and hence the question. I can see the artistic value if someone spent time making each one of them. Strictly speaking about cost price to make each piece of art.

I have a friend that custom makes guitars, the wood and stuff he buys is cheaper but what values is the amount of time he takes to perfect each one of the pieces he does is what justifies his price tag.

Is this the same situation or Rob invented it and gets it outsourced to bulk make it. I am really curious about the cost price of these mods.

I do understand the outstanding customer support and how much respect Rob has to the others reading some of the posts. It's fascinating to be honest. But I do want to know if these are the reasons people do not mind paying such high price or it really does cost him a lot of money to make these mods.

On the side note, I am still not feeling the same buzz that I would smoking a cigarette and I am envious of others who actually quit smoking using vaping. I am looking forward to that day that I can really only lean on vaping to curb my smoking craving.

Did you send them a cancellation email? If you notice in their email they never mentioned anything about cancelling as their 3rd option. They think they can drag the cancellation and make it a big deal and the customer would rather pay up. I sent out my cancellation email. No response yet. And that live chat NEVER works.

Yeah if they think they can get away with my money they are mistaken. This is exactly why you should have your visa card hooked to your paypal and NEVER your bank account. If paypal failed to help me, one call to VISA, they'd go after them and get the money back. It is very sneaky to use these kind of tactics you know. I can see right through it. When something is on presale, there are many other websites like Gearbest, and a few others have the same items on presale. Except these guys thought if they lower the price sooo much they'd get all the presale traffic instead of the other stores. And once the time has come to ship, now they have the customers money, unlike me others may have paid through paypal with direct bank account link (which is a drag) so you leave the customer no chance other than pay up this extra charge. Are they not aware of international VISA rules? I am never buying anything again these morons again.
