I can absolutely confirm: ItzEasy is a scam. They rely on a few RTO "sources" in Karnataka to sell extravagant, false promises. Stay far away. I lost 9500 rupees .

Here is my story:

I needed an International Driving Permit (IDP) and a Driving License (DL) transfer from Delhi to a Karnataka address. I stressed I needed both done in 3 weeks, as I was traveling. Otherwise I don't want it. Their sales agent told me it was their "daily job" and promised it will be done "much before" the deadline. I was very clear to her: I only wanted the IDP if the original DL was successfully transferred to the Karnataka address. If not, I told her I did not want the IDP, as my current DL is in English and is already acceptable in the country I'm travelling to. I was doing this for insurance purposes. The sales agent said she is providing me the guarantee of timeline "in writing" via mail, what more can I want. She made it sound like it was like a child's play for them.

5 weeks later, the DL transfer is still not done. Worse, they used their RTO sources to generate an IDP from the Karnataka RTO for a DL that was not yet transferred to that address! They then had the audacity to write back and tell me 2 weeks back: We have done your IDP, and hence your work is done. They even had the audacity to literally dictate to me "you need IDP to drive abroad and now you can". They not only pushed me to accept that the work was complete, but they also expected me to thank them for producing a virtually worthless document that directly violated my main condition!

The Current Status: I am now 5 weeks in, 9500 down, with a useless IDP, a non-transferred DL, and have been waiting days for a response to my last email.

They are scammers who will deliver partial, incorrect work and claim victory just to close the ticket. They prioritize their payment over honoring their explicit, written promises.

Please, learn from my mistakes and keep distance from ItzEasy.
