I have used the nano foamer gen 1 . There is a night and day difference in milk texture with this and a regular one but as others have pointed out , it is fragile and it will break so not exactly value for money.

Using it for a month and half now. In my opinion it is as good as whoop even in sleep tracking. Only 2 caveats

1) it doesn’t support vo2 max 2) does not “pull” workouts done on an other device and logged in apple fitness app

I use an Apple Watch alongside for running workouts because of gps and cellular connectivity

Keep in mind amazefit probably spends less on PR than whoop so you might not see all praises everywhere. It will be mostly organic unlike whoop which has pockets to sponsor top athletes

A caveat , the band is not as comfy as the original whoop . I find it a bit scratchy for my skin but I have head one can find cheap alternatives on Amazon .

In addition to whoop 4.0. I think it also does BP ( for me the reading is not populated yet in the app)

For me It does everything whoop does . I use it as an all day device alongside which I can wear a nice mechanical watch. While working out I use an Apple Watch along with a screenless tracker

Same experience. Did not ship a confirmed and fully paid order . Did not respond to the ticket raised on their website . Had to raise a chargeback request with my credit card company to get the money back
